View sorting - Remove or change default order

I am building a view with blocks and is now working on the sorting options. I have added my own sorting options but the one still there is the default order one which I am unable to edit. While I can choose the field, my website is not in English and there is no way for me to change this text as there is with the other option. Why is that and how can I remove or change the text so it's at least in my own language? Surely, I shouldn't have to download a translate-plugin just to replace these words? Why not give the same options for these fields as the other fields?
