I am trying to: Upgrade WordPress. The site is old - using WP 4.3.16. After upgrading to 4.9.6 all is well except for this view that comes up empty. I don't get any PHP/browser/server errors, so I really don't klnow how to start debugging this.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link
(This is a dev server. The site is in Hebrew)

I expected to see: The content template, just like in the production website:
hidden link

Instead, I got: an empty content area - the view doesn't work at all. See attached images for I expected to see and what I got instead.

First of all - After checking debug information you shared with us, I found that you are using really outdated Toolset plugins. Please update the Divi theme as well to latest release.

We always recommend to run your site with latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official released version. You can download latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Additionally, just to point you out, the last release with Types 3.0 was a major release with lots of features added. You can see here - Please read following blogs:
