Hi,

Due to an ongoing issue (https://toolset.com/forums/topic/issue-with-page-losing-css-formatting-after-searching/) I am trying to use pagination with AJAX so the results don't mess up.

However when using this option, when you load page 2 it doesn't go to the top of the page, how can I have it so it does this? This makes sense to take the user to the top when they click next.

Also for some reason the filter boxes disappear when "next" is clicked when using AJAX with pagination (normal pagination does not do this). How can we solve this also?

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've shared an update with a workaround, on the original ticket, this morning.
( ref: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/issue-with-page-losing-css-formatting-after-searching/page/2/#post-2226485 )

If you'd like to continue using the AJAX refresh approach, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details of the website where these changes can be seen so that I can suggest the next steps, accordingly.

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Ah OK in this case I don't need to solve the issues mentioned here. Thanks!
