I also noticed that when users login to their account all the menus on the website does not appear for the users to navigate their pages. This occur the day i set the post author filter. Kindly login as user to my website hidden link. you will understand what i mean by the menus like the homepage, product, etc are not showing up on the users page but only showing on my admin page if i login.
The menu section that you refer to seems to be managed by the WordPress navigation menu system. I'm not exactly clear on what you meant by "set the post author filter".
Can you please share some details about what change(s) you made after this started happening?
Also, we already have the username and password for an administrator user, but, as Nigel requested in the last message, can you please also share a username and password for a test user, who is experiencing the issue?
Note: I'm setting your next reply as private again.
Thank you for sharing the test user's access details.
During some troubleshooting and testing, I noticed that from the navigation menu items, non-admin users can only access the links which are custom links.

The two changes that you mentioned in your last message, don't seem related and no Toolset plugins offer any option or setting for a restriction like this.
Do you recall any setting/option in the theme or any third-party plugin which could affect this or perhaps some custom code?
I'll recommend testing the navigation menu items, with only Toolset plugins and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One. If the issue is fixed, you can add back the theme and the third-party plugin, one by one, to narrow down, what is causing this.
The non admin menu is not showing because of the toolset access plugin. I had to deactivate the plugin. Is the access plugin mandatory to use. Because i had to deactivate the plugin for my users to be able to access their menus. Please if the toolset access is mandatory please help check why non admin users are not able to access their menus when it is activated.
The Toolset Access plugin is not mandatory and as your website is using a different content restriction plugin ('Paid Memberships Pro'), you don't have to use and activate it. It is safe to keep it deactivated.
