Hi,

I have two forms, one for user registration, one for editing. I noticed that when I submit them, actually nothing happens – no user is registered or no data is saved, just the url changes (?_tt=xxxxxxx is added). Weird because it works only a few days before. I checked some plugins (the ones that were updated recently) by deactivating them, but nothing changes. Post forms are working fine.

I attach Duplicator files (I noticed you no longer support OneDrive 🙁 )

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

With the help of the information you've shared, I was able to reproduce this issue on my test website, as well.

After recent Toolset Forms update (2.1.2), a form that is used from inside a layout, doesn't submit properly on the first attempt.

I've shared these results with the concerned team for further testing and review. I'll also share an update with you, as soon as this has been resolved.

Meanwhile, a quick fix is to either turn on AJAX submission option for the form ( screenshot: hidden link ) or downgrade the Toolset Forms plugin to its older 2.1.1.2 version.
( it can be downloaded from https://toolset.com/download/toolset-cred/#changelog )

Thank you for bringing this forward and let me know if you have any further information or questions around this.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar, thanks, AJAX option helped for now, but I await the update of this issue.

You mention that “...doesn't submit properly on the first attempt.” Indeed the second clicking on Submit button created the user, but the form neither redirect to the confirmation message nor trigger email notification.

Cheers, Peter
