I just upgraded on one my client sites to Toolset Types v 3.6.2 and Toolset Blocks v 1.6.22 as I assumed this was a security issue and all the text has disappeared from the front end of my clients website, it is still there in the backend.

I would appreciate some pretty urgent help with this as it's a very important client at a critical time in there business.

It must be there and content should be available with the database in the backend.
Can you please share admin access details and tell me how you are displaying that content?

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
I confirm the issue and I've already escalated it in front of our Dev, I will get in touch with you as soon as I've update on it. You can expect a quick fix very soon.
For now, as a workaround, you can add "Fields and Text" block and add the following shortcode to it after switching the "Fields and Text" block mode to "HTML":
