This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to: update to fix the blank page on page edit issue when Gutenberg is activated.

I've bought a developer licence for Toolset but would like clarification on the update process. I have numerous sites updating WordPress automatically (11 today) and need to update the Types plugin so the client can still update pages, but when I click on "Update" for Types, it says, "This site is not registered" - when I click the link and add the site it provides the Site Key, but there's nowhere I can see to enter this key in WP to allow the update. Even though the URL is registered, when I click Update I still get the "this site is not registered" message.

Can you give me a step-by-step guide to updating from free Types to the full version please (which I've already bought).

Well - To update the Types plugin to the latest version, You need to follow manual steps once. After that - you can use the Tooslet installer to update the plugins.

Could you please try to follow the following steps:
- Deactivate and delete the current Types plugin using plugins page
- Download the latest version of Types from your account's page: https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
- Install and activate the latest downloaded Types plugin using plugins page
- Now, you should try to generate a new site key and register Types by clicking on "Register" link
