update error - Toolset

This support ticket is created 3 years, 1 month ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

The toolset gif me the following message: Toolset is afgemeld voor deze site. U zult tot januari 26, 2024 automatische updates ontvangen

I have sign out the toolset en put the new key in it.

I hope you can tell me how i can update the plugin.

Hi Paul,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

When updating from a very old version of Toolset plugins, an error message like this can show.

You can download the latest Toolset Types plugin from the downloads page ( https://toolset.com/account/downloads/ ) and install it manually from WP Admin -> Plugins -> Add New.

After that, the automatic update process should work for future Toolset releases.
