I am trying to:

I am having issue with the update/publish button not working on the Toolset content template page and this video should give you more information about the current issue hidden link

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see:

Obviously I am expecting to get this button to work so I can create/update my content templates!

Instead, I got:

Well, it's just not working as expected, just see the video above and you will see the issue.

P.S. I went through the forum and saw there were some other similar issues but none of them could help me to fix the issue.

Hello,

Thanks for the video, I can see the problem in your website, and I am downloading the duplicator package files, will update here if find anything.

#2411971

I can install the duplicator package in my localhost, it works fine, see my video capature
hidden link

I can add contents and save the content template without any issue.

So there should be other server/compatibility issues in your website, please try to get the PHP debug logs from your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging
Section "PHP Debugging"

#2412103

Here is the error_log file as you requested hidden link

#2412113

There are lots of PHP errors and warning in the debug logs you provided above.

They are from your theme files and other plugins, please try these:
1) deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2022, and test again
2) If the problem is fixed, activate other plugin/theme one by one, try to locate the problem plugin/theme

You guys should remove this disclaimer from your website home page:

"Toolset Helps WordPress Professionals Build Advanced Sites Without Programming"

Because this isn't the case! Prior to post this issue, I reviewed all other posts/tickets related to the same subject and I saw there have similar issues reported by many other users:

- https://toolset.com/forums/topic/publishupdate-button-not-working-when-types-is-active/
- https://toolset.com/forums/topic/update-button-not-working-in-custom-post-editor/
- https://toolset.com/forums/topic/update-publish-buttons-not-working/
- https://toolset.com/forums/topic/button-update-not-working-when-im-editing-a-cpt-single-template/
- https://toolset.com/forums/topic/toolset-content-template-update-button-is-not-working/
- https://toolset.com/forums/topic/update-button-on-custom-post-type-is-not-working/

I purchased a Toolset subscription to get access to it's features based on this claim "Toolset Helps WordPress Professionals Build Advanced Sites Without Programming" and I also invested in the theme "Kadence" as suggested for compatible theme here https://toolset.com/documentation/recommended-themes/

I clearly mentioned when I created this post that I already did all these steps that you mentioned above, it's clearly mentioned in the video I provided that I did all these steps already prior to submit this ticket:

- I disabled all plugins and only kept Toolset plugins, WPML plugins, WooCommerce and the Kadence theme which is recommended by Toolset.

Even after doing these, the button was still not working my side, I understand there might be a bunch of PHP errors and warning in the error log but I don't think this issue is related to these errors.

I didn't do the same as other users who reported their issues, when I created this ticket, I provided you all the required access for you guys to get a clone version of my website, get full admin access to the site and also to my server to speed up the process but still, things you could do yourself to speed up the process since you had all required access like getting the error log file etc. you could have done this as a technical support if you really wanted to help in a proper way.

I must say that I am really disappointed with the support so far and my first experience with Toolset. I developed many sites with other plugins such as Advanced Custom Fields and Crocoblock Jet Plugins and never had such issues. Even I am not using some fancy plugins on my site just well-known and well maintained plugins and most of them are commercial plugins (not free) with very good support, well maintained and regularly updated.

Now I need to waste more time doing more troubleshooting on my own and you call this support?

First, I can not duplicate the same problem with your duplicator package, see the video capture above, the problem only exists in your webserver.
Second, there are lots PHP errors in your website from other plugins/theme, which will conducts unexpected results.

If you need assistance to locate the problem plugin/theme, please backup your website, then update here.
I need your permission to deactivate plugins/theme in your website.
