[Resolved] Unable to see custom fields in the backend

This support ticket is created 5 years ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello Toolset, can you please give me an idea of why I can't see custom fields when editing posts in the backend?

Hello,

I assume we are talking about WordPress built-in "Custom Fields" metabox, and you are using block editor.

If it is, you can try these:
Edit a post, in the top-right, click the option button-> Options, enable option "Custom Fields", see screenshot: options.JPG

Sorry, I'm actually talking about my Types fields. Here's an example (problem applies across a few new Post Types I have created. Screenshot shows no fields, only a section for connecting another post type.

enable your custom field groups, and test again.
