I am trying to: edit my posts, they appear blank but are fine when you visit my website. I tried fixing it by updating/registering to replace my free version of toolset. There was no fix. However, two toolset tools will not update (Types and Framework). I get an error "PHP ZipArchive extension missing." I am wondering if that might be the issue?

Hello,

When you see a blank wordpress, that means there are some PHP errors in your website.

I suggest you try these:
1) check if there is any PHP error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

Share the debug logs here, that will help us to locate the problem.

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

Hi Luo,

I am not a programmer so some of this is a little over my head. Would I be able to let you go in my wordpress and assist me with this issue?

Thank you.
