Tell us what you are trying to do?
Using the blocks editor, create a new view using the following steps...

1. Create New View "Experience Bell Buckle", default options without pagination.
2. Select "Members" for the Content Type
3. Receive message that no posts match.

Also the settings in the sidebar are not saving, e.g. I select "Members" as the content type when creating the view, but this type does not save.

Site is hosted with WPMUDEV, have cleared caches.

Is there any documentation that you are following? As a side not, the Publish button for the page is disabled as well.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
This is a backend issue. Can supply login information privately.

Do you see any error or warning on the screen, in the browser's console, or in the server's error log?

To troubleshoot this, I'll need access to the website's admin area. Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the link to the page where you're trying to create a new view?
