I am trying to create a new CPT. When I click on the create button I get a spinning timer that never stops. After waiting 15 minutes I refresh the page and no CPT has been created. I have tried using Troubleshooting mode but that fails indicating it is unable to activate the Types plugin.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Well - I just checked with my test site and I do not able to reproduce the issue you reported with minimum install with only Toolset plugins + Default theme active.

This looks like a compatibility issue as I see you are using the number of third-party plugins with your install. Would you mind to run a compatibility check first:

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes?

Here is my dilemma. I use the Healthcheck plugin to diagnose conflicts. This enables me to go into troubleshooting mode with a default theme and all plugins disabled. When I try to do this I get the following message "When enabling the plugin, types, a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted." This blocks me from going into troubleshooting mode. The error occurs even when I disable the Types plugin before turning healthcheck on!

Well - what if you try to deactivate all third party plugins manually without using Healthcheck plugin.

Do you see any difference?

In addition to that - what if you try to activate PHP debugging:

If there is no success, can you share a test site where I can check this issue further? If yes:
I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
