This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hello, per the direction of Toolset, I purchased the *pro* version of Ultimate CSV Importer in order to be able to import. However, the section titled "toolset" is completely missing for me, even though it is present in both the Toolset, and UCSVI documentation - can you help with this?

Hello,

I assume we are talking about the menu item "Toolset" in WordPress admin side.

If it is, please make sure you have installed Toolset Types plugin in your website, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

And you can follow our document to setup post types/taxonomies/custom fields:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/custom-content/

Then follow our document to setup csv files, and import them using Ultimate CSV Importer plugin:

Hi Luo,

I think you may have slightly misunderstood.

I have already installed Toolset Types, installed set up custom fields, and purchased the pro version of CSV Ultimate.

The problem is that the “toolset” drop down is missing for me (inside the CSV Ultimate Plug-in), so after I hit “import,” the menu I need isn’t there.

What are the next steps for getting this resolved? Do I need to give Toolset a login so you can investigate the issue?

I have already carefully followed all of the documentation and tutorials.

I have checked the document I mentioned above:

There is only a section "Types Custom Fields", see screenshot:

But can not find the “toolset” drop down you mentioned above, where do you see “toolset” drop down?
