This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
When edit a WordPress Archive, switch from legacy editor to Blocks editor.
Solution:
You can try this:
Dashboard-> Toolset-> Settings-> General,
In section "Editing experience", enable option " Show both the legacy and Blocks interface and let me choose which to use for each item I build".
Edit the WordPress archive again, there is a button "Edit with Block Editor", click it, you will be able to switch to Blocks editor.

For some reason, when I try to create an archive, I am presented with 'archive1' in screenshots, where as when I first installed toolset, I could edit through the block editor 'archive2' in screenshots.
Is there a setting to change this? Have I changed something?
How do I change back to editing within the block editor rather than the content template editor?
