Yes, you are right, there isn't wp-cred-nl_NL.po file within CRED plugin, I put it into our to-do list as a feature request, our developers will take care of it.

Thanks, in the meantime, can you still fix the issue for not showing the translated mo files for cred and views? It's important for us this is fixed before launch...

Here is the feedback from our developers:
The current translation of CRED plugin are 1.5 years old and we may get the new translations within 2 weeks.

and it will be fixed in next version of CRED plugin.
