Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to copy certain fields to an other language with wpml

I have set it up to copy the select fields(see screenshot 1). However, dropdown select fields don't get copied. when set up to copy or copy once. It just sticks to the default values. This is very problematic because sections get shown based on these settings. So if i translate now i get a blank page(although singleline and text fields are properly filled. ) The page of the screenshots is: hidden link

Thank you for waiting as we had some unusually busy forum queues over the weekend.

While I can see the issue with the select field in the repeating field group on your website, I couldn't reproduce this on a test website. On my test website, the select field value is copied, as expected.

This suggests that something specific to your website can be involved here. Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website, to investigate this further on a test server?

The issue persisted even when the website's clone was tested on a different test server.

Glenn, Waqar is on vacation so let me add a comment directly.

I have been testing this and reproduced the problem. I've examined the code in WPML and Types and it's not clear to me we attempt to handle this scenario (fields with Copy or Copy Once translation setting when the fields are part of a RFG), so I have put all of the details in an internal ticket that I have shared with the developers to get their feedback.

Support will update you when there is an update from the developers.
