Hi, what´s going on there?

(When I try to enter the topic, I´m getting this: ' *URL is not allowed in this field. Please enter a valid input. ')

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how the view is set up in the admin area.

Can you please share the temporary admin login details, along with the link to the page with this view?

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the access details.

When I try to access your website or its admin area, it is showing the PHP code from the files, instead of executing it to show the actual output.

This seems to be a configuration issue at the server level and I'll recommend getting in touch with your hosting support team to resolve it.

Let me know once this is fixed and I'll continue the investigation into the error that you reported.

Ok, thank you, working on it...

I just checked your website and the PHP execution issue seems to have been fixed.

The provided username and/or password for the admin area doesn't seem to work. Can you please check the username and password?

Note: I'm setting your next reply as private again.
