I am trying to: Load Types plugin - or any of the toolset plugins and it seems to rearrange the top menu area, and make it relative positioned

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: (See screenshot)

Instead, I got: (Screenshot - Toolset Plugins Active)

I was able to fix my first issue by changing the settings to load Bootstrap with the theme, however, now when i activate the Views plugin, the home page content built in Visual Composer (WP Bakery) does not appear. Am I missing a setting? This also happens with any theme, not just Total theme.

Thanks for the details, you have assigned the page "Home" with content template "Template for Pages", but it is empty in the content template, I have added below shortcode into the content template "Template for Pages" to display the post content:
[wpv-post-body view_template="None"]

Please test again, check if it is fixed.
