Tell us what you are trying to do?
Hi, we have 2 multisite system websites: Production multisite and testing multisite.

We were working on updating plugins, themes, etc. on the test system (with the goal of making sure nothing breaks before updating the production) but we have an issue where if we try to activate Toolset Views on the test multisite, all sites in this system display a blank page, so I am forced to FTP into the server and rename the Views folder to de-activate it.

I tried enabling the WP debugger and creating a log to check for errors but I cannot get any errors at all. As soon as I try to enable the plugin, we get blank pages on all pages of the system.

The Toolset Views plugin works as intended on production.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I found some tickets talking about enabling WP debugging, creating logs, etc. but they did not prove useful as of yet.

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?
The site is not accessible the world. It is a local testing environment.

I (the person creating this ticket) am not the main account holder, so when you reply to this ticket, can you email or at the very least cc me so I am aware of ticket updates. My email address is david.puinean@iomer.com

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

It is strange that you're not seeing any errors or warnings in the server's error log, despite turning on the debugging.

Would it be possible for you to put this testing multisite on an online server so that we can also access it for troubleshooting? Alternatively, you can share its clone/snapshot, so that we can deploy it on our own test server.

I'm setting your next reply as private so that you can share the online website's admin access details or the link to the clone/snapshot package.

As for including another email address in the conversation, I'm afraid, it is not supported. The forum reply notifications are only sent to the email address used for the Toolset account.

Tip: It is possible to add multiple team members to a Toolset account:

Hi, I did some testing, it turns out it's not Toolset Views but it's Toolset Types plugin that creates the blank page. I also noticed that the public pages can be viewed, and it's only the dashboard that is a blank page. Again, the logs don't show anything out of the ordinary.

PLEASE NOTE: As for giving access, unfortunately it's not possible for security reasons. Is there anything I could do? Any testing? I have access to the wordpress and server files, etc.

I managed to get the log to work. Seems the issue might have been a missing xml module.
