[Closed] Toolset View Post filter not working as expected

Tell us what you are trying to do?

We created a toolset view for a custom post type called "Continuous Professional Developments"
but on the front end it display regular posts and not the Continuous Professional Developments one

Can you please check the view block's settings and see if the correct post type is selected in the content selection?

If it is using a classic views editor, you'll see the content selection setting at the top.

For the Toolset View block settings, the configuration is correct and chosed the proper custom post type but not working

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

I noticed that there are two views used on the page and both are set to show the "Continuous Professional Developments" post type. However, both are showing results from the "Post" post type.

As I couldn't reproduce this behaviour on my test website, it seems something specific to your website is involved.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website to investigate this on my server.
