I added the site, but I get this error:

Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

Hello,

Please try these:
Install the "OTGS Installer" plugin manually, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
And test again

Please get the PHP debug logs from your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging
section "PHP Debugging"

There should be some errors in your website

Just adding information to the thread:

I, too, can report this issue starting to show up on my live/production sites, staging sites and in local development sites early this morning around the same time this thread started -

However, the notice APPEARS to be a false positive?

As, so far, I can unregister/re-register with the site key for each live/dev site, and through WP dashboard, upgrade/update Toolset Types to show updated to 3.4.17 AND the site will, too, show in My Sites dashboard here, at Toolset, with a green checkmark to indicate up to date - but , the Toolset notice continues to show up as warning on Plugins page for each site, on various live/staging/dev sites, none of which appear to have any errors showing up in PHP logs??

Just adding to conversation, in hopes it may be of use? I did open support ticket earlier this a.m. and will await answer there - just thought it might be useful to developers, or others, to know, I am seeing too - and yet doesn't appear to be affecting my site operations/views of data, etc.

You might need to ask your webserver provider for help to get the PHP debug logs.

And I have tested it in a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, it works fine, see below test site.

Is there any missing steps? can you reproduce the same problem in above test site? thanks

Please check the debug logs you provided above, the PHP errors are from another plugin of your website: redis-cache-pro

Can you deactivate all other plugins/them in your website, and test again?

#2497351

I tried, not helping.

#2497357

Can you get the new PHP debug logs from your website(after deactivate plugins and switch to WordPress default theme)?
