Hello,

According to our document:
https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/
To be able to use the Module Manager Library on your site, you need to enable the allow_url_fopen option in your server’s PHP configuration or contact your server administrator.

Please check these:
1) check if there is any PHP error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/
2) You can also test the status of "allow_url_fopen", directly as shown in these links:
hidden link
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/13433660/how-to-check-if-allow-url-fopen-is-enabled-or-not
3) If the "allow_url_fopen" is not enabled in your website, you will need to check it with your server provider.
