I am trying to: Simple Grid Block inserted in a page with 6 columns. Each column has a simple paragraph text of "1st column", "2nd column" etc. Set Grid for 2 columns wide on mobile. Looks fine in browser but goes to only 1 column on mobile. 2 columns is not maintained. I have tried this is multiple themes 2021 etc and get the same result.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:

I expected to see: 2 columns on mobile.

Instead, I got: 1 column on mobile.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests on my website with similar settings but couldn't reproduce this behavior.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the link to the page where this grid can be seen?

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

My issue is resolved now.Thank you. I found the culprit. In the Site Ground Optimizer plugin, Defer Render-Blocking JS option was ON which seems to cause the problem. When I turned it OFF everything works as it should. When it is ON it looks like this:

Defer Render-blocking JS
Defer loading of render-blocking JavaScript files for faster initial site load. Exclude from Loading JS Files Asynchronously

/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.min.js

/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js

There are several other options which I could add to the box, but I have not idea what any of this is. Perhaps you do? For now I have turned Defer Render-blocking JS to OFF. The other options are:
