Hi,

Toolset forms is conflicting with my theme/wpbakery. Please check the video's below as well. When trying to save a page element, the info is disappearing. When I disable Toolset Forms, this isn't the case. What should I do?

Hi Jelle,

While I can see the issue you described on your website, I couldn't reproduce it on a test website.

This suggests that something specific to your website is involved. Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, to test it on a different server?

Yes of course, please go ahead. When disabling your plugin, our website and theme are working fine again.

During further testing, I was able to reproduce this missing text issue, on a clean test website too. It happens when the 'Person' widget's link title text is edited, with Toolset Forms plugin active.

I've shared these findings with the concerned team and will keep you updated through this ticket.

Hi Jelle,

I've checked and the issue is still escalated to the concerned team.

Since the UpSolution Core is not officially on our compatibility list and we don't have any other user reports about this, a fix is going to take some time.

But, I've sent a reminder and will keep you updated on the progress.

For now, the workaround is to temporarily deactivate the Toolset Forms plugin, whenever this particular 'Persons' widget needs to be edited.
