my site is down due to the below. please advise and considering as a high priority

I have found that the server is flooding the WordPress admin with 1,403 requests in the past hour, triggering a runaway plugin loop. The CRED Frontend Editor plugin's drafts manager is executing unindexed SELECT wp_posts WHERE post_status = 'auto-draft' queries (10–23 seconds each, 9 occurrences per query type) on every request. These queries are blocking the database connection pool (40/40 connections in use), and the PHP-FPM pool is saturated with 43 workers holding requests for 60–125 seconds on admin pages. MariaDB is pinned at 90% CPU executing these slow queries.

Have you deactivated the Toolset Forms plugin? if yes:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

what if you setup a test site that should be 1:1 copy of your current installation and then make sure you enable the Toolset Forms plugin and then try to deactivate the other third-party plugins one-by-one and check if you able to spot conflict with anyy plugin or theme you use?

Just to ensure there is no conflict with the any of the third-party plugins or theme you use.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***

Could you please try to resolve your issue by deactivating all third-party plugins as well as the default theme to check for any possible conflicts with any of the plugins or themes you use?

Please check with only Toolset plugins active including the Toolset Forms and see if you still see the issue, if your issue still persists with the only Toolset plugins active then I will try to investigate further.
