Tell us what you are trying to do?
Problem 1: I get the above error message athough I have registered the website in my ttolset dashboard. I recently migrated this website from a demo url to this one. But I already deleted the demo url from my toolset dashboard. I want to have toolset running smoothly and receive updates.
Problem 2: I installed a new custom field but it is not shown in my editor so I can not use it. Maybe this has to do with the installation issue above?
Please help me get my site-key running. I cant't see where I can insert it / register it on the website itself.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
I don't know what to do.
Is there a similar example that we can see?
What is the link to your site?

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
Every Toolset site key is generated for an individual website's address, which is why when that is changed, you'll need to generate a new one.
Please go to Toolset's sites management section ( https://toolset.com/account/sites/ ) and generate a new site key, making sure to use the same address that is set in the website's "Site Address" field.
( at WP Admin -> Settings -> General )
After that, you can register this new site key on your website and it will activate.
For the custom field, I'll need to see how it is set up in the admin area. Can you please share temporary admin login details, along with the information about the missing custom field?
Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.
regards,
Waqar
