Whenever I activate the Toolset Forms plugin, all the other Blocks like Genesis Blocks, Kadence Blocks, Ultimate Blocks are disappearing from the Block list of the Gutenberg Block editor

Hello and thank you for contacting the Toolset support.
I created a new installation and installed all of the above plugins, but the issue did not appear on it, at least not when trying to create a new page. You can log in with the following URL hidden link

And you will see that all the blocks from these plugins are available.
Maybe an error occurs and prevented that. Can you enable PHP debugging while testing, and check if there is any errors logged in the logs file?

Can you also check the browser console for any errors?

The issue may also come from the theme or another plugin. Please switch to a default theme such as 2020, and deactivate all other plugins to check. If the issue disappeared, reactivate the theme and the plugin one at a time and verify each time to spot the one that's causing it.
If none of the above helps, I would suspect, that a block, most probably, a reusable block is corrupt. Remove all the reusable blocks and try again.
If that does not help, we'll need to take a copy of your website and analyze it locally. We prefer Duplicator packages.
