[Closed] toolset cannot connect to the server

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
-Make Toolset work, my Insights page search result is not working anymore.

I expected to see:
The search bar, and filter options, and the card ( see the screenshot below.)

Instead, I got: nothing.

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I tried to view the search page, but it is showing the '403 Forbidden' error message. If the website is protected by some GEO IP restrictions, can you please temporarily disable them, until this ticket is resolved?

I'll also recommend checking if any errors or warnings are shown in the browser's console or in the server's error logs.

If there are no errors or warnings, the next troubleshooting steps should be:

1. Make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see how this search page is set up in the admin area. You're welcome to share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message.

Note: Your next reply will be private and it is recommended to make a complete backup copy before sharing the access details.
