ERROR Message from Toolset on website:
Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

The error reads, "Site key not matching" although we've deleted, recreated and installed the new key three times.

I've created an account for you on the site. Please see below.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello,

I can login into your website, and have tried these:
1) Dashboard-> Plugins-> Add new-> Commercial, click button "Check for updates", it works fine, I see below message:
Toolset is registered on this site. You will receive automatic updates until ...

2) Go to "Installer Support" page:
hidden link
Click button "Check Now", it works fine, your website can connect with Toolset API server

For the issue: Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset.com, it is abnormal, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins(including those Must-use and Drop-in plugins), and switch to WordPress default theme 2021,and test again

2) Also check if there is any PHP error in your website:

Mr. Yang,

We did not need you to tell us what we already know. We have read the tech documents and are able to see what you told us ourselves. In fact, we sent you the error message. We need you to fix the reason for the error message as despite the tech documents we can't find the problem. That's why we sent the debug information and the log-in credentials, which is exactly what that error message says to do.

Please forward this request to someone who can help us as our site has now been down for two days and telling us what we had already told you is useless.

To be clear we have deactivated all plugins but Toolset, and are using the theme Toolset recommends, and our PHP settings have been tested and are error-free. So, we'd appreciate your looking into fixing the error that we sent to you. We'd also like to know the reason for the error and how to fix it so we don't have to bother you again.

Thank you.

I have checked again in your website, I don't see the error message any more, can you confirm it?
It should be a cache problem of your website, and you should be able to upgrade Toolset plugins without problem.
