Hello,

No, there isn't such kind of built-in feature within Toolset plugins, Toolset Types plugin is using WordPress function register_post_type() to create post types, see WordPress document:
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/register_post_type/
There isn't such kind of option to achieve what you want:
create a woocommerce Custom Post Type UI for new product type

So in your case, you might consider custom codes or other plugins, I have searched it in google, found some related results, for example:
