I'm working on building a site (currently in development) and have uploaded toolset plugins manually per the recommendation on your install page (waiting to register until site goes live with real domain). Whenever I have Toolset Views or Toolset Blocks plugins activated, it causes a critical error on my site, not allowing me to use Beaver Builder editor for any pages on my site. The error states "There has been a critical error on this website." Can I not use Toolset in conjunction with Beaver Builder? I'm using GeneratePress theme.
Hello again; I've done more research and it appears I cannot use Toolset with the Beaver Builder setup I have on my site. Can I please get a refund per your 30 day refund policy?
Hello,
It is a compatibility issue with other plugin(Beaver Builder), please follow our document to use Toolset with Beaver Builder plugin:
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-toolset-with-beaver-builder/
especially this one:
To avoid compatibility issues you shouldn’t mix Beaver Builder and Toolset elements on the same page. This will ensure that all the features keep working in the future.
And Toolset Views plugin has been moved to legacy plugin list, please use Toolset Blocks plugin in your new projects.
Since I don't have a copy of Beaver Builder plugin in my localhost, if you need more assistance for it, you can reproduce the same in below test site, I need a live website to test and debug it

Thank you for the info. I've tried several different settings and followed all the documentation you sent; it's simply not working. Any time I have Toolset plugins activated on my site, it causes a critical error and doesn't allow Beaver Builder to work on any pages throughout my site. I'd like to proceed with the 30-day refund; can you let me know how to proceed?
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
