Hello,

We have purchased your product toolset. We are having problems with the configurations we are making. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with some help. The idea is to add additional fields in the user registration form on our platform. After data is entered there, it should automatically transfer to a form for generating a certificate in pdf format with different templates. We attach pictures of exactly what we want.

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Through Toolset user forms, you can enter custom field data into user profiles, but it doesn't support any built-in feature to generate PDF files. I'll assume that you're using a third-party code or plugin for this.

Whatever solution you're using for these PDF files, if it supports getting user custom fields data, then you can include the data from the user fields added through the Toolset too.

If you're having difficulty with this, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, along with the exact steps to see the PDF file generation process. I'll be in a better position to suggest the next steps, accordingly.
