Tell us what you are trying to do? After updating to WP 6.11, we got the WSOD. In testing mode, the white screen was resolved when I removed the toolset blocks plugin, but of course there was no styling.
I previously submitted a ticket, but there was an issue with the client's FTP and the ticket timed out.
The administrator portal works fine.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
I tried the FTP access details from the previous ticket, but it didn't work for me either.
Have you checked the server's error logs, to see the errors logged as the result of that WSOD? If not, I'll recommend turning on the WordPress debugging and then activating the Toolset Blocks plugin.

If you see any errors on the screen or in the server's error log, please share them with us.
In case there are no errors, you can share the updated FTP access details, for further troubleshooting.
Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.
regards,
Waqar
Thank you for sharing the FTP access details.
I see that the website is running WordPress 6.1.1 and the Toolset Blocks plugin is also activated.
In the server's error log, I don't see any fatal error, which could cause a white screen of death.
Can you please confirm if the issue has been resolved?
No, I am afraid the issue is not resolved. If you deactivate toolset, you will see the content without styling. If you reactivate it, there is a white screen.
Thank you for waiting, while I performed the troubleshooting steps.
I narrowed down the white screen issue to the conflict with the active theme 'Twenty Nineteen'. Technically it is not WSOD, but only when the 'Twenty Nineteen' theme is active, some CSS styles are applied to the 'body' tag which makes the page's content invisible.
If the theme is switched to any other theme, the website starts showing correctly.
As a quick fix, I've added the following custom CSS code at WP Admin -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS, to make sure that that page's content remains visible:
body {
visibility: visible !important;
position: relative !important;
left: auto !important;
overflow: visible !important;
}
To troubleshoot why this is happening with the 'Twenty Nineteen' theme, you can update it to the latest version and see if it makes any difference.
Note: When you'll update the theme, any custom code changes that you've added to its files will be lost. Please be sure to make a backup of those changes first.
