Hi there,

That is not an important message if you do not want to use your custom fields.

Your theme or any theme is not aware of the custom fields that you add via Toolset.

That is why you can use the Toolset content template or WordPress archives to create the single page or archive page of the custom post type where you will be able to show the custom fields.
