This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The "views" option is not shown either
Solution:
To display the view menu within Toolset menu in admin - you can navigate to:
=> Toolset => Settings => General tab => Editing experience => select the option "Show both the legacy and Blocks interface and let me choose which to use for each item I build"
And then reload the page and you will be able to see the View menu.

I reported a problem in a previous ticket.
Now I notice that the option "views!"
Why do not all the toolset options appear and that prevent me from managing certain features?
