I am trying to: fix a warning I get when I want to modify a Toolset view

I expected to see: at least 5 stars on 6 after the word Cotation:

Instead, I got: No stars. Ans I got the following error messages when opening the view to modify it (see attached)

I assume we are talking about the "Star Rating Block" of Toolset Blocks plugin:

I have tried it in my localhost, it works fine.

Is there any missing steps? please provide detail steps to reproduce the same problem, thanks

Thanks for your quick reply.

It was working fine before and I did not change anything.
And suddenly it stopped working.
Since that I am receiving the error that you see in attached screenshot in my previous message.

If I am logged in the WordPress admin, it still works. But if unlogged, the stars do not appear anymore.
When I want to update the content view, I received and error message (see attached), saying in french: "Sorry you don't have the permission to do that". I am building the stars from a dynamic content (a toolset custom field).

Maybe a permission problem?

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, and test again

2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Hello,

I have the following PHP error when I tried to edit the ContentView (see attached).

Do you think I can try to reinstall the Toolset Plug-In? And If yes, how could I do it w/o loosing my toolset objects (custom fields, content views, etc).

I don't think it can be fixed by reinstall Toolset plugins, please check the answer I provided above:
