I am trying to:
1- i add the search filters to the home page and the result in different page it was working fine until i update the toolset plugins and it all is gone the home page show me blank page except the navigation all the content is disappear.
2- i try to do anther search page and the same problem is just display a blank screen.
Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link => the home page
I expected to see:
i expected to see the search form and the rest of content
Instead, I got: blank screen.
The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
I installed the two-step duplicator package on my install and I found the following things:
hidden link => the home page
==>
The home page is set to use the following layout:
- hidden link
Now, when I checked the above layout, there is a message I can see the message "The View was not found. It may have been deleted or Views plugin is not active.":
- Please check the following screenshot: hidden link
Now, when I visited the views listing page - I do not see the view "search cost" and when I checked the "Trash", then I found the "search cost" view is available there:
=> hidden link
When I restore the view "search cost" then I'm able to see the search filters on the home page:
Please check the following screenshot => hidden link
I also see that you are using the elementor page builder, you want to use the Layouts with the home page - correct? not the elementor.
okay this view on the screen shot "search cost" i didn't put it code in the home page + i didn't refer to it in costomize setting for the home page is just appear .
so you can check the home page with elemento (edit with elementor) i only put the view that called "cost" on the top of the page and it was work fine until i update the toolset plugins . so why the "search cost" appear instead of the home page.
plus check the trash again you will find view with the name "View" thats appear automatically and i didn't created it.
Ok - so simply, you should edit your home page:
=> hidden link
On the right section, you will see the 'Template Layout' section where you should click on the link "stop using this Template Layout" and save the home page:
- Please check the following screenshot: hidden link
And then load the home page on frontend - I can see the view that called "cost" on the top of the page. Please check the following screenshot:
- hidden link
I think detaching the layout from your home page will resolve your issue.
Test it in front-end, I can see the search form and search result, it works fine, see screenshot card1.jpg
So there might be some other compatibility issues in your website(which does not exist in your database + fresh wordpress installation), please try as I mentioned in my first answer:
In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
