Our page should be displaying all the Dogs for Sale, but it acts like a slide show now.
I've not made any changes, so please help! It is for a client.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: A page that displays all the current dogs posted for sale. If you look at this, on an iphone, you see only two sliding images. It isn't right on a desktop either. There should be no gallery or slide show of the dogs for sale.

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

First of all - After checking debug information you shared with us, I found that you are using outdated Toolset plugins. We always recommend to run your site with latest stable release plugin version.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
Could you please update ALL Toolset plugins to it's latest official released version. You can download latest plugin release from your accounts page:
=> https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

The last release for Types 3.0 was a major release with new post relationship API - Please check following Blog posts:
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/toolset-post-relationships-release/
=> https://toolset.com/2018/05/when-if-to-migrate-relationships-in-old-toolset-sites/

I do not know yet why you are using the outdated Toolset plugins. If you do not wish to update, I need access details of your site to check why that view is working as slider.

Hello,

Minesh isn't available, I will take care this thread.

All settings are in your database, you can delete the old version of Toolset plugins, and install the new versions, see our document:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/

And I have checked the URL you mentioned above:
hidden link

But I can not find the problem: two sliding images, is this problem resolved?

In case if you still need assistance for it, I have enabled the "private detail box", please describe detail steps to duplicate same problem, where and how can I see the problem, thanks

Thanks for the details, I assume we are talking about this page:
hidden link

I have done below modification in your website:
1) Activate Toolset Types plugin
2) Edit the page "Puppies For Sale"
hidden link
Modify the view shortcodes , and disable the cache:
[wpv-view name="dogs-for-sale-view" cached="off"]

3) Refresh above page in front-end:
hidden link
All types shortcodes work fine.

4) restore back the views shortcode of step 2)

Please test again, check if it is fixed.

Thanks it looks great now.
My question, I duplicated this toolset set up on several websites. Now I'm worried about keeping them updated and not breaking the code, etc. What is the easiest method to keep it updated easily? Did you have to delete and upload the toolset plugin views or types again? I was hoping toolset would be a simple plugin for me to use for my clients. I had to have someone set It up for me, but seem to be having a lot of issues with it.
thank you,
Lisa

No, I did not delete and upload the toolset plugin.

I have only changed the shortcode as I mentioned above:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/the-page-that-displays-has-changed-it-should-be-static/#post-948915

The easiest method to keep it updated easily is disable the cache:
[wpv-view name="dogs-for-sale-view" cached="off"]
