[Resolved] The notification email does not show email account picture

I am using Gsuite to send notification emails. The From account has a picture on it but it is not visible in emails to users when I use CRED form.

The picture is visible when I send a notification email from WPForms.

With WP Forms - hidden link

With CRED -

I receive an email with an icon as an Admin - hidden link
But the user receives a notification without an icon - hidden link

The setup is the same for admin email and user email - hidden link

What am I missing here?

Thank you for sharing the email headers.

If you'll check these headers in an email header analyzer tool like hidden link you'll see that the delivery path and authentication results (SPF & DKIM) are the same. But the To/recipient address is different.

The email which is showing the image is sent to the same self-hosted non-Gmail address "contact@showprowess.com".

And the email which is not showing the image is sent to a Gmail address "yuriroman.prowess@gmail.com".

Based on this, it doesn't seem to be related to what tool or plugin you're using for sending these emails, but it depends on which email address is receiving it. At the moment, your domain's email address doesn't seem to have enough reputation with Google to show the image. To confirm this, you can repeat this test, but this time send the email to the Gmail address using the WPForms plugin and an email to the self-hosted non-Gmail address using the Toolset Forms.

To increase the deliverability and reputation of your domain's outgoing emails, adding DKIM key can be a good start:

Note: From the headers, you'll see that both the emails pass the SPF authentication but fail at DKIM.

In case the issue persists, it would be best to consult the G Suite support team, to further investigate this matter.
