Hello, the most effective spam prevention measure offered in Forms is the RECAPTCHA field provided by Google RECAPTCHA (version 2). We have some documentation available here: https://toolset.com/course-lesson/protecting-forms-from-spam/

It's the only 3rd-party spam prevention tool that is integrated directly into Forms. If you'd like to explore other options, we have a PHP API available for validation that could be used to implement your own custom spam prevention: https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/cred-api/#cred_form_validate

Let me know if you need assistance with either approach and I'll be glad to provide more direct guidance.
