The layouts plugin is blowing up our theme, which is Foundry by Tommus Rhodus.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

When installed and activated in our Foundry theme, the Layouts plugin leaves us unable to access our Dashboard, and several of the pages on the site do not look right.

Dear Thomas,

It is abnormal.

1) You can remove the "Layouts" plugin folder using FTP tools, it will be able to remove the "Layouts" plugin from your website.

2) We need to know if there is any other compatibility problem in your website. please check these:
a) You are using the latest version of Layouts plugin
b) deactivate other plugins and switch to wordpress default theme, and test again

3) If the problem still exists, please provide a downloadable URL of the "Foundry theme", and describe detail steps to duplicate same problem, I need to duplicate it and debug in my localhost. thanks
