Dear Toolset Support Team,
I am writing to request assistance with the Fields and Text block builder. I am currently using this feature on my website and I am experiencing some issues.
Firstly, I am noticing that the text is constantly being displayed regardless of whether the value exists or not. I would like to change this so that the text is only displayed if the value exists. Is this possible?
Additionally, I have tried changing the text size and style, but it seems that these changes are not being applied. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with some guidance on how to make these changes.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,
Nazar
Hello,
Q1) Which value do you want to check if exists or not?
If it is a custom field value, you can use Toolset Conditional block to check the field value, and display what you want, see our document:
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/using-toolset-conditional-block/
Q2) I assume we are talking about Toolset "Fields and Text" block, I have tried it in a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, it works fine, see below sandbox website:

Post with "Fields and Text" block:

Test it in frontend:

It works fine in frontend too.
Is there any missing steps? can you reproduce the same problem in above test site?
Hello,
1) ok I understand the conditional block. thank you very much, but it is showing like on the picture (it shows shortcode) How to make it output the value not the shortcode?
2) I see that you can change it on your website. I think it is something with my theme? I am using Kadence Theme. I still cant change font size and other settings. What you can suppose me?
Best regarads
3) Also I think I have a bug. since when I am creating custom fields for products and choosing on which category to shoe the fields, but they are showing on all categories not hiding those one that are not in the list.
Q1) How to make it output the value not the shortcode?
I assume you are going to output Toolset Types shortcode [types ...][/types]
If it is, you can put the shortcode into a WordPress built-in shortcode block:

Q2) Kadence Theme
I have tried these in above sandbox website:
1) Install Kadence Theme, download from:
https://wordpress.org/themes/kadence/
2) Test above post again:

It works fine in both admin side and frontend, can you reproduce the same problem in above sandbox website?
There might be other compatibility issue in your website, please try these:
1) Deactivate all other plugins, and switch to original Kadence Theme, and test again
2) If the problem is fixed, then activate other plugins/theme one by one, try to locate the problem plugin/theme
