Hello,

I created a custom post type and two taxonomies. If I see the sitemap I didn't see the items, you can check here hidden link

Can you help me to understand if a toolset problem?

Thanks

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

The sitemap link you shared seems to have been created using the "XML Sitemap & Google News" plugin.

I've tested this plugin on my test website and it seems to work as expected for the taxonomies added through Toolset Types.

Can you please ensure that your taxonomy 'regione' has some terms and that those terms are attached to some posts?
(the plugin seems to ignore the taxonomy terms, which are not attached to any post)

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

regards,
Waqar

Hello,

thank you for your reply. As you wrote, yes the sitemap is generated by "XML Sitemap & Google News" plugin. I use this plugin on other websites and it works always perfectly.

Taxonomy 'regione' has some terms like "Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Friuli, Toscana..." and so on.. these terms are used on the items children of "Farmacie"... so for example, as you can see by attachment the term "Veneto" item of "Regioni" is connected on item "Rovigo" item of post type Farmacie.

If you want I can share with you the login information to check yourself

Thank you for sharing the access details.

While I can see the missing taxonomy terms from your website's sitemap, I couldn't reproduce this on my test website, even with the same taxonomy and the sitemap settings.

This suggests that something specific to your website is involved. To troubleshoot this, it would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled (except for the sitemap plugin) and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

In case the issue appears only when Toolset plugins are active, I'll need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of the website, to test this on a different server.
