Hello, In the admin section all categories are listed at the root level. (Image1). How can I have them showing the hierarchy? (Image2)
Is it a theme issue? Thanks

Hi Charles,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

From the screenshots, I'll assume you're referring to the category selection list on the post edit screen.

To show the category terms in a parent/child hierarchy, it is important that the parent term has been set with the child terms when adding or editing them.

Example screenshot: hidden link

If you've already set the parent of the child terms and they're still not showing correctly, you're welcome to share temporary admin login details, along with the link to the page with this issue.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar
