I am trying to: Create custom taxonomies

In the box "Post types to be used with this Taxonomy I see:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_strtolower() in /home/cncdata/public_html/wp-content/plugins/types/library/toolset/types/includes/classes/class.types.admin.page.php on line 744

So I can't complete the task.

Hi Erin,

Thank you for contacting our support forum.

The issue here seems to be caused by the mbstring module missing from your php.

What you need to do is contact your hosting provider and ask them to install this module for you.

Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Shane
