Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I'm not seeing any image on the post that you've shared, which seems to be some cache issue/conflict.

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this post's content and the template are set up in the admin area. Can you please share temporary admin login details in reply to this message?

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

I noticed that no image source custom field was selected in the image block's settings in the content template.

I've selected the "Capa do livro" field in the source settings and the image is now showing on the front-end.

The styles for the image's container's background and padding are missing though. I've performed some tests on my website with a similar container and image block, but couldn't reproduce this issue of the missing styles. It suggests that something specific to your website is involved.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue still persists, I'll need a clone/snapshot of your website, to investigate this on a different server.

Please let me know how it goes and I've set your next reply as private.
