[Resolved] Split: Toolset plugin cannot connect to toolset_com

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

I have tried the credentials you provided above, they are not valid, I get below error message:
ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect

Please make sure the new website credentials are valid admin account, and provide them in below private message box. thanks

Since you did not provide other additional steps, I have tried it in your website again, I don't see the issue you mentioned above, see the screenshot I provided above:

please enable PHP debug logs in your website, and get the logs when you see the problem again:
