Waqar,

Thanks for the update.

Rolling back to 3.4.15 has worked for the most part except for one site. We rolled it back yesterday and there are still several pages with the condensed text on both the frontend and backend of the site. Any ideas how to further troubleshoot and fix?

Hi,

Can you please share temporary admin login details of this website, along with the link to some affected posts/pages?

Thank you for sharing the admin access.

Looking into the example posts and their fields, it seems these posts are the ones that have been updated at least once, while the latest Types 3.4.16 was active.

In that state, when the post was edited/updated from the post edit screen, the spaced paragraphs were removed and the text was saved as one long paragraph.

Now, rolling back to Types 3.4.15, will save this from happening for any other posts that you'll edit/update moving forward, however, it will not revert the changes, which have been made already.

So, for these affected posts, I'm afraid, you'll have to add the spaces for paragraphing, manually.

Waqar,

Thanks for taking a look. I thought that likely was the case but the client had assured me that he hadn't made any updates to those bios, recently.

If you'll open the bio pages from both websites (staging and the old dev version), you'll see some differences in the added content (other than the lost formatting).

Unfortunately, I can't think of any other logical explanation than the one shared in the last reply. I can understand it is not ideal, but, the content in those bio pages will need to be adjusted manually to include the line breaks, for the paragraphing.
