Tell us what you are trying to do? split map address field data in different fields like city, state, area, country, pincode and store in different custom fields ex: after spliting city in city custom filed, state in state custom field etc.

By default, the Toolset address type field only stores the exact lat/long coordinates of the selected location and the complete human-readable address. But, it doesn't store its information in smaller geographical components like state, city, zip code, etc.
To fetch these geographical items from the selected location, you'll need to include some custom script, as shown in this support thread:

Once, you have that data, you'll be able to store it in the respective fields, accordingly.
